Hello everyone, I know this may sound stupid, but can you overfeed your baby. 2wks ago i started a combined breast and formula feeds, and the thing is she seems to drink heaps. She is 6wks 2days old. I first feed her on both boobs, she then has 120-150mls of formula. If she still a little unsettled when shes finished, I put her back on boob till she settles. I know the can is only a guide but a 2mth old is meant to have 150mls and most times she is having that plus what ever i have in breast. Earlier today she had both breasts, 150mls then back on breast she still wouldnt settle so i made a little xtra, she ended up drinking 180mls.
